Zoe Bouwmeester is a Registered Nurse and our Chief Executive Officer at Bedingfeld Park, bringing extensive experience across the healthcare and aged care sectors. Her clinical leadership background includes roles at Mayfield Aged Care as a Registered Nurse and Wing Coordinator, where she managed clinical care delivery and compliance with aged care standards, and at UPA Woodlands as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Combining her healthcare expertise with a strong background in finance and project management, Zoe is a strategic and forward-thinking leader dedicated to driving excellence in aged care and guiding the organisation’s continued growth and success.

Sandra Wilkinson

Facility Manager

Sandra Wilkinson has been part of the Bedingfeld Park team for more than 25 years, beginning her career as a Carer before progressing into rostering and facility management. Drawing on her extensive aged care experience and deep understanding of residents’ needs, Sandra is a dedicated Facility Manager committed to maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments. She is passionate about enhancing productivity, comfort, and quality of care through effective facility management, helping to create the best possible experience for residents, families and staff.

Jenni Hall

Clinical Nurse Manager

Jenni is a Registered Nurse with more than 26 years of healthcare experience and has been part of the Bedingfeld Park team since 2023. Throughout her career, Jenni has held a range of leadership and clinical roles, including Practice Manager for a progressive Aboriginal Health Service delivering clinical care across the Midwest and Murchison regions of WA. Jenni has also worked as a Clinical Facilitator with Edith Cowan University, providing clinical orientation, supervision, and assessment for undergraduate nursing students in aged care settings. Her extensive experience spans primary healthcare, practice nursing, acute care, chronic disease management, and the delivery of a broad range of medical and support services. As Clinical Nurse Manager, Jenni brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Audrey Ainembabazi

Clinical Nurse Lead

Audrey is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Lead with over eight years of expertise in aged care and community health. She is recognised for her strong leadership, advanced clinical knowledge, and commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Audrey has a proven track record in managing complex care needs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Her areas of expertise include infection prevention and control, palliative care, and crisis management, with demonstrated success in leading effective COVID-19 outbreak responses and maintaining safe, supportive care environments.
