Bedingfeld Park Inc. is a community owned not for profit nursing home providing accommodation and nursing care for the older people of the Peel Region.
Situated on the banks of the Murray River in Pinjarra, Bedingfeld Park has 70 suites. 25 of which are situated in our memory support unit, 43 single suites for residents with low and high care needs and a 2 suites to provide temporary respite care for people being looked after in the community.
Bedingfeld Park is fully accredited with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and approved providers of aged care for the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.

Bedingfeld Park provides accommodation for the frail aged who have been approved for residential care or respite care by the Aged Care Assessment Team.

Our facility provides daily activities to our residents. All our staff have obtained, their Certificate 3 in Aged Care and have provided a current national police clearance.
Registered Nurses are on site 24 hours a day. Their role is to assess resident’s care needs, develop care plans in consultation with the resident and family and provide clinical nursing to residents.

Bedingfeld Park completed 25-bed memory support unit at Bedingfeld Park for the older people of the Peel Region. The new wing is part of an expansion to the existing 45-bed residential aged care facility on the site.
It has been named after Dr Peter Wallace in recognition of his 40 years’ support of Bedingfeld.
Those involved with Bedingfeld Park are understandably pleased with the work done by the management and consultant team, as well as the quality of the builder’s construction. The new unit was funded by $3.5 million from the Federal government, $2 million from the State government and $1.5 million from Bedingfeld Park.
Wallace House opened in November 2020 by Regional Development Minister.
