Facilities

Bedingfeld Park provides accommodation for the frail aged who have been approved for residential care or respite care by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)

The facility has individual suites, comprising a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, suitable for residents with low care, high care and palliative care needs. Nearly all suites have direct access to garden areas.

Residents can age in place and remain at Bedingfeld Park as their care needs change.

Bedingfeld Park has a memory support (Wallace Wing) for residents with dementia or behavioural needs. There are 25 suites, comprising a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The Wallace Wing has its own lounge area, dining room and delightful secure garden courtyard.

Bedingfeld Park can provide short-term respite care for people who are living in the community and cared for by family and friends. An assessment for eligibility by the Aged Care Assessment Team is required. The respite room can be booked in advance to assist family members to take a break from their caring responsibilities.

Bedingfeld continues to provide quality care to the frail aged residents of the Peel and Murray Region.

Bedingfeld Park Inc. is a community owned Not for Profit Incorporated Body registered under the Charitable Collections Act 1946, and is a registered Public Benevolent Institution.
